Lex.st reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Customers agree to pay all fees for services in accordance with the pricing plan selected. Payments must be made on time according to the billing cycle provided. Lex.st reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid or overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we explicitly offer a money-back guarantee or refund policy.
Customers may terminate their account at any time by contacting Lex.st support. Lex.st reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these Terms of Service or other policies. Upon termination, all customer data will be removed from our servers, and it is the customer’s responsibility to back up their data before terminating their account.
While Lex.st may provide backup services, customers are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups. Lex.st does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any backups, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of data.
Lex.st is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any damages caused by system failures, unauthorized access, or loss of data.
